Warehouse Unit

Contract Overview:
Expansive warehouse unit split into three areas by two jumbo stud walls

Works carried out:
Take down and remove from site, two jumbo stud walls one measuring 101.7 Linear metres, the other 113.5 Linear metres long. Both walls were around 18.3 metres high.

Strip out partitions, carpets and ceilings from main office area.

Images show: The original warehouse with the jumbo stud walls. Removal of the top plasterboard skin and the second skin. Dismantling of the metal framework.
All materials removed from site and recycled and warehouse left clean and tidy.

Prestigious Office block

Client: Main contractor

Contract Overview:
The main client is an Asset Management company who are refurbishing parts of the building as they become available.
Our part of the contract was to remove 760m2 of raised floor panels and pedestals.

Works carried out: 
Take up and remove from site 760m2 raised access floor.

Two Warehouse Units

Client: Main contractor

Contract Overview:
The existing client was leasing an adjoining unit and making the two units into one large unit. The client remained in occupation and carried on their wholesale flower business whilst the works continued.

Works carried out:
Take down and remove from site:

  • 7.5 metre high concrete blockwork wall between units.
  • plasterboard drylining to one side of dividing wall.
  • blockwork walls to existing area forming toilets and offices.
  • curb stone to exterior

Strip out and remove from site:

  • ceiling boards, timber joists and chipboard flooring above W/C’s and offices.
  • set aside for re-use toilet fixtures and fittings including sanitaryware, cubicle fronts and dryers and tea point
  • carpet tiles to two offices.
  • set aside for re-use roller shutter, fixed desking to offices.

Contract Overview:
The main client was stripping out a lecture theatre to create three classrooms

Works carried out:
Strip out lecture theatre, seating and desking, tiered staging, ceilings, light fittings and floor coverings.

Contract Overview:
Refurbishment of 4 large warehouse units for Landlord prior to re-letting.

Works carried out:
Clearance of previous tenants furniture, fixtures, fittings and rubbish. Take down jumbo stud plasterboard walls, blockwork walls, commercial kitchen equipment, extractor hood, Take up carpets, ceramic floor tiles and vinyl flooring, strip out air-conditioning units, ductwork and gas boilers. Take down mezzanine floor and racking.

Take down and remove from site mezzanine floor, plasterboard ceiling,  internal and external partitions, ceiling tiles and grid
Take down and remove from site light fittings, carpet and vinyl flooring.
Take up and remove from site raised floor platform
Strip out and remove from site kitchen fixtures and fittings.
